We carried out a full mechanical design and installation for the Michelin star restaurant Blue Jasmine. This included full plant room, welfare facilities, bar area and commercial catering kitchen to be undertaken by CS.
At Blue Jasmine, they follow a simple philosophy: to serve Asian gastronomy that’s been elevated to fine dining standards. This ethos carries through every aspect of this great restaurant, from the waterside location in Southampton’s Ocean Village Marina to the precision with which each of there dishes expertly prepared and plated.
The project was overseen by our motivated and leading ‘on site’ managers and delivered on time to the clients opening deadline date.
