Working very closely with our professional team of technical engineers are our experienced and conversant Customer Care Team who liaise with our clients and home owners to resolve any technical faults that can unexpectedly arise with their central heating system or plumbing system quickly and efficiently.

Our dedicated care team will offer telephone support in the first instance to help home owners quickly overcome any minor issues that could be simply rectified without an engineer.

In other cases, a qualified heating engineer will be allocated and booked in at your convenience to rectify the fault without fuss, to ensure your central heating system continues working efficiently with the minimum of delay.
