Apprenticeships
We’re committed to developing the next generation of skilled engineers through our apprenticeship programme.
Each year, we offer up to four apprenticeship opportunities across Gas, Plumbing and Renewables, which gives individuals the chance to build a career in a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience.
Working next to experienced professionals, our apprentices gain real on-site experience while learning the skills and standards required to succeed in the industry. We also support adult apprenticeships, helping those looking to retrain or start a new career path.
Training is delivered in partnership with our main college provider, Steve Willis Training, which offers a range of recognised pathways to support industry competency.

Engineer – Project Work (New Build & Industry Projects)
